Ameris Bank Amphitheatre Rules
The premier location for spectacular events in Alpharetta is Ameris Bank Amphitheatre – Encore Park. The venue has a number of rules and policies in place to ensure all guests enjoy their experience. Please review the policies below and if you have any questions, or require the latest rules, we recommend you contact the venue directly.
Its top priority is making sure each visitor has a positive experience. The following rules are for a flawless event experience to guarantee everyone’s enjoyment:
Food and Drinks
You could be tempted by outside food or drinks, but these are not permitted inside. Instead, indulge in the delectable array of on-site gourmet choices, which vary from traditional comfort foods to culinary wonders. Quench your thirst with one of the many beverage options to satisfy any palate.
The safety of the attendees’ health comes first. The venue is still a non-smoking area. However, it has set aside particular outdoor areas where smokers can indulge without bothering other guests.
The environment is unsuitable for pets and thus dogs are not allowed. However, service animals are welcome.
Security at the venue is of utmost importance. Every bag, regardless of size or type, is thoroughly inspected to protect everyone’s safety. The clear bag policy permits transparent bags up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches in size. This policy was implemented to speed up entrance points and improve security.
Courtesy and respect
Everybody’s involvement makes an event extraordinary in its truest sense. Reduce conversation during performances, keep walkways clear, and always be aware of personal spaces to preserve this charm. The satisfaction of everyone is increased by this shared regard.
Security & Weapons
Safety concerns shouldn’t interfere with a fun night out. Weapons of any type, including everyday carry items like knives or pepper spray, are strictly forbidden to maintain a safe environment.
A drug-free environment guarantees pure, unadulterated fun. Illegal narcotics are not tolerated here. It’s all about the sheer, unadulterated delight that comes from enjoying the performance and companionship of other enthusiasts.
While the events call for celebration, moderation is essential. Unfortunately, security will refuse admittance or escort away anyone whose degree of intoxication could impair the experience for others.
Your ticket serves as a passport to a remarkable world. Take good care of it. It must always stay with you, and any violation could result in its cancellation without a refund.
Once you enter, your adventure begins. Leaving and then trying to enter using the same ticket is not permitted. Be sure to plan beforehand!
There is a narrow line between comfort and decency, even though we want you to be as comfortable as possible. Make sure your appearance and tattoos are appropriate and do not offend others.
Devices & Photography
Capture Memories, Not Distractions. While mobile phones are totally acceptable, clunky business equipment can be disruptive. Unauthorized recordings and photos run the danger of being seized.
Age & ID Requirements
Events for a particular age group try to be acceptable. Always have a legitimate ID with you, especially if there will be alcohol served. It’s a commitment to enjoying life responsibly rather than just a policy.
Seats are carefully planned. Your designated location guarantees a fantastic view. Respect this by not standing or hopping on seats.
Items That Are Prohibited
Large signs, lasers, fireworks, and drones can obscure sight. Leave these at home.
Trust the well-trained experts in case the unexpected occurs. Please pay attention to your surroundings, heed any staff instructions, and remember that lifts shouldn’t be used during evacuations.
Found and Lost
Our Lost & Found division is available to assist. However, the venue is not liable for guests’ personal property.
Contact the venue in advance if you require particular services, such as sign language interpretation or wheelchair accessibility. Staff are available to help.
Respectful behavior is the best way to enjoy a shared event. Offensive or disruptive behavior won’t be accepted.
